FAQ

How do I register?

You can register by visiting our Wholesale Registration page. Please allow us 3-5 business days to respond to your request.

How will I know if I have been approved?

Please allow us 3-5 business days. You will receive an email from us. If you have not, please check your spam and if it's not there, email us at hello@letthemeatcakeusa.com.

I've registered but I have not received an email with a link to sign up for an account.

Upon registration, you will receive an email requesting you fill out a credit card authorization form and email it back to us along with your resale permit. If you have not done so, we will unfortunately not be able to allow you into the site. Please double check your spam to ensure you have not received an email requesting these items.

I lost my password.

Please email us at hello@letthemeatcakeusa.com to request a new password for your account.

How do preorders work?

Upon approval for your account, you will be asked for a credit card authorization form. We will have you check out as you would with any other site but your card will not be charged until the items are ready to ship. Please note, check out and authorization of your card does not guarantee shipment. Until you are 100% charged and receive a tracking notice, you are not 100% guaranteed.

Do you zip code protect?

We require a minimum order of ten styles each month in order to be zip code protected. New accounts will not be opened in an area that is meeting that requirement.

I want to open a boutique but I do not have any licenses yet. Can I still join?
